To do business with Happy., you must abide to these policies. If you do not agree to anything specified below, then we simply cannot do business with you. There needs to be a mutual understanding and common courtesy. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We are here to make you happy. That's all it's about. 

 

POLICIES

PAYMENT

Payment must be received before any work is done. No exceptions. If, by chance, no payment was made and work was still done, you are responsible for satisfying the debt.

Everything is shipped via the most inexpensive and safest way possible to save both of us money. International, overnight, and two-day shipping charges are extra, because that's just the way the world works. Additional shipping charges must be paid before project is started. That would totally suck if we made what you ordered and then you don't even pay for the shipping! We won't ship it if you don't pay for it to get to you.

SHIPPING
REFUNDS

We strive super duper hard for your happiness with whatever product you purchase. If you are not satisfied with the end result, then PLEASE talk to us! We'll make it right!

 

If a refund is needed, you will be refunded in the same process that you paid. 

Most orders/items sold are custom ordered unless otherwise specified. For those custom made products, we have no "stock" items that are ready to ship within a day.  

 

A custom order means that we will need information from you, and we cannot do the order without your input. Period. You must be available throughout the process so we can get your order out in the time frame you desire. Again, in any custom order there will be much communication between you and the representative(s) of Happy. to make sure you are fully satisfied with the outcome of your order before it is completed. In most cases for custom orders, we will send you a proof (a preview of the design(s)) to ensure satisfaction. If you do not respond to our communications, your order may be delayed or may be cancelled all together if not heard from within ten (10) days. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Again, if you have any doubts, questions, or comments, please feel free to contact us! We are nice people! Pinky swears!

Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of payment. Again, no work will be done until payment is made in full, unless otherwise agreed upon IN WRITING.

 

I retain the right to cancel your order at any time, but I will never do so unless warranted. Rudeness, threats, and inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.
